Analysis of the course of pregnancy and the act of delivery after treatment of different forms of HIV-associated cervical pathology

Objective: to analyze the course of pregnancy with the assessment of cervical status and delivery in patients
treated previously on the various forms of HPV-associated disease. Materials and Methods: The analysis
of the course of pregnancy and delivery in 128 patients who had a history of HPV-associated cervical lesions
with different treatment methods. Results: In women after fiziohirurgicheskogo treatment for intraepithelial
lesions of high degree of risk of preterm birth (p<0,05) is higher than in patients with CIN I, and 1.5 times more
likely than the general popullyatsii pregnant. Cervical incompetence established by echographic parameters
of the cervix poppies, 3,9 times more frequently (p<0,05) takes place after the surgery on the cervix. The
most pronounced cervical shortening with HP-associated epithelial pathology seen in terms of 16–18 weeks
of pregnancy. Conclusion: When patients have symptoms of threatened abortion is necessary complex
treatment aimed at the preservation of pregnancy: vagina microbiocenosis correction, the use of cerclage
for MsDonald and introducing pessary arabino doctor, the use of micronized progesterone. Applied therapy
allows for the progression of the pregnancy to term.
