The study of physical and chemical properties of medicinal laminas based on biodegradable cryo-structured polymers

The problem of treatment of wounds and wound infection determines not only clinical, but also social value.
An etiologically based approach to wound therapy is the use of medicinal plates with immobilized drugs.
The therapeutic efficacy of medicinal plates determines the biopharmaceutical parameters of polymers. The
article features the results of the researched physico-chemical properties of the cryostructural biodestroyed
polymers in terms of physiology, vapour permeability, adhesion and absorption. The use of the Harrington
desirability function screening has shown that the following compositions based on aerated gelatin, collagen,
methyl cellulose and sodium carboxymethyl cellulose are most promising for the medicinal plates preparation.
