Медико-социальные аспекты типа личности Д в общей популяции и у лиц с коронарной болезнью сердца

В настоящее время тип личности Д признан одним из значимых психо-социальных факторов риска сердечно-сосудистых заболеваний. В статье приведена характеристика лиц с типом личности Д в социальной среде. Представлены современные данные о его негативном влиянии на ментальный и физический компоненты статуса здоровья, аспекты трудовой деятельности в общей популяции. Тип личности Д рассмотрен как предиктор неблагоприятного течения и прогноза у лиц с коронарной болезнью сердца. Показана необходимость своевременного выявления личностного типа Д и разработки программ интервенции как в общей популяции, так и у больных с коронарной болезнью сердца.
